  • How do I place an order?
    Please either fill out the "Order Form" on our website or reach out to us by phone or email. We may require additional information depending on the amount of detail provided on an order. Once complete, we'll ask for a 50% deposit to secure the date of your event.
  • How far in advance should I place an order?
    The sooner, the better! Feel free to reserve the date and treats you'd like as soon as you decide you want them. As spots fill up, we cannot guarantee your date will still be available. We do ask for about a week to two weeks notice prior to the event to make sure we're able to get all materials ready to go. PLEASE NOTE: Any last minute orders are subject to additional fees.
  • What flavors do you offer?
    Please check our "Menu & Prices" for any and all flavors we offer. If there's a custom flavor you're looking for that you don't see, please do not hesitate to let us know. We will gladly work with you on custom flavors but please note this may come at an additional charge.
  • Do you have a minimum order?
    We do have a minimum order of a dozen treats. Treat packages start from 12 items per treat.
  • How should cake pops be stored?
    Cake pops can be left out for about a day or two in an air conditioned room. After day two, store your cake pops in the refrigerator for up to a week. Temperatures of 78° and higher will likely melt the cake pops so please be conscious of this.
